Bulk Market, a zero-waste supermarket, is crowdfunding to open at a permanent spot in London

Bulk Market, a London-based plastic-free supermarket pop-up, which stocks about 200 types of organic, local and lose produce in retro-sweet-style jars, closed in December 2017, but now founder Ingrid Caldironi is crowdfunding to open at a permanent site elsewhere in Hackney.

Last time we checked, its Indiegogo campaign, promising participants anything from 10% off their first purchase to a lifetime discount and their name enshrined on the shop's wall, had signed up 293 backers pledging GBP 12,000 (80% of the GBP 15,000 target). Looks like zero-waste Londoners will soon have even more guilt-free shopping options. More at TimeOut.
