Malaysian city of Kajang to ban non-biodegradable bags and containers

This year, in the Malaysian city of Kajang, traders of every kind, from night markets to hypermarkets, hawkers and Ramadan bazaar traders, must stop using non-biodegradable plastic bags and polystyrene food containers completely or face a possible fine.
