North Carolina State Fair in the US installed with new water-refilling stations

N.C. State Fair this year installed two water-refilling stations that will curb the amount of single-use plastic bottles purchased during the course of the 11-day fair. The annual fair and agricultural exposition held in Raleigh, North Carolina, organized by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services sees an attendance of over 1 million visitors each year. The refilling stations contributed towards reducing the massive amount of single-use waste generated by the fair each year. The fair was held between 11th October and 21st October.
