Restaurants & businesses in Orange County, California, getting rid of plastic straws

Many restaurants in Orange County are eliminating their use of single-use plastic straws. Since the state of California banned plastic bags in 2016, the businesses in the state have been adopting voluntary measures to curb plastics from their operations. Recently, Disneyland adopted a similar stance with a ban on plastic straws, and companies such as Blue Bowl and The Filling Station Café have also taken a similar stance against single-use straws.
