Newly open zero waste shop EcoTopia in Leeds running a GoFundMe campaign for expansion
Two sisters, Michelle Arthur and Sam Newton, have established a zero-waste food shop in the city centre of Leeds. EcoTopia offers a wide variety of sustainable products, ranging from dry goods to toiletries to deli items. Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers, but they are also able to buy paper bags or glass jars if needed. As of November 2018, the shop is running a GoFundMe campaign to buy more equipment, such as a nut grinder and milk dispenser.
