Häagen-Dazs to be delivered in reusable containers in a pilot project with Loop
Häagen-Dazs will be part of a pilot project for Loop to deliver its ice cream in reusable containers. Loop is a new subscription and home delivery service for products, providing reusable packaging. The ice cream will be sold in reusable double-walled steel containers — designed by Nestlé's global research and development group — to keep it cold during delivery. Nestlé, Häagen-Dazs’ parent company, recently partnered as an investor with TerraCycle's Loop.
